Since Broncos camp opened and a Kyle Orton trade never happened with the Dolphins, QB Tim Tebow has been under a lot of scrutiny and has finally spoke out about it...
quote:

"I'm trying to insulate myself from what people in the media are saying, but I've seen some of it, and it hurts because it's coming from people who haven't seen me practice, haven't seen me play, haven't seen what I can do," Tebow told the newspaper. "I did an interview the other day with someone on the NFL Network who said last year I'd never play a down in the NFL. He was wrong.

"Others who say I won't make it are wrong. They don't know what I'm capable of and what's inside me. My family and my friends have been bothered by what's gone on, and I tell them to pay no attention to it. I'm relying as always on my faith."
This is a day after Tebow spoke out about ESPN's Merril Hodge comments here. I just don't think he's done enough to say whether he or he can't be the guy. What do you think?

he's lucky there was a gm to even give him a chance. there are lots of people in the nfl with big hearts and determination. he's just one of many, and it takes being able to read defenses to be a starting qb, and the little whiner never had a clue at fla. it will have to be a helluva make over for him to be a star in the nfl.

I don't see how he's being a bitch over it, but he's going to be a lightening rod for this until he either proves them right or wrong.
