The lockout continues to chug along. Just when things seemed to be concluding - they don't. Now comes word that June 3rd could get us closer to the end of the lockout.
quote:

"The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis announced the schedule Tuesday. The court set a June 3 hearing, with 30 minutes of oral argument for each side before Judges Duane Benton, Kermit Bye and Steven Colloton."
And according to Adam Schefter...
quote:

"Rulings on expedited appeals typically come 30-45 days after, so it looks like we'll be into July before sides get legal ruling they want."
It's gonna be an interesting season folks. Teams scrabbling in late summer for players, practice and chemistry will make for a different, maybe even more competitive season.
