The NFL announced on Thursday that New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees will be one of four active player captains for the 2014 Pro Bowl. Brees will team up with St. Louis Rams defensive end Robert Quinn as the NFC captains and Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, and Kanasas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles will represent the AFC. Per WDSU.com:

The captains will help determine rosters for Team Rice and Team Sanders during the first Pro Bowl Draft on Jan. 21 and 22.

Pro Football Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders will serve as alumni team captains for the Pro Bowl squads and have final say on draft decisions, the Saints said on the team's website.

A coin toss will determine which team owns the first selection in the Pro Bowl Draft and how the alumni captains will be paired with active player captains. The coin toss is set for Jan. 21.
What does everyone think about the new Pro Bowl draft idea?
