AEG president Tim Leiweke said his billionaire boss Philip Anschutz is ready to buy the majority ownership of an NFL team and move them to Los Angeles, Ca. He goes on to say they've talked to five teams about the relocation - the Minnesota Vikings, San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars. Leiweke said...

"St. Louis, Jacksonville -- not extensively -- certainly Oakland, San Diego, Minnesota are still in the mix," Leiweke said, but clarified: "We're not packing any (moving) vans right now."
Moving a team from California to California makes sense and wouldn't ruffle too many feathers, but if the Vikings go I don't think that's good for football. It would destroy a gritty midwestern fan base that cares an awful lot about their NFL team and be a lot like a situation similar to the Colts leaving Baltimore. And those fans are still upset.

If Minnesota lost their football team to LA after losing their basketball team to LA years ago, how much to they end up hating Los Angeles?
