Here's whats interesting. These over 18 year old men do this shite right in front of multiple cops. Yet no arrests are ever made. They simply break it up. Often times the cops get shoved around and treated with 0 respect during these brawls. The question is, why? Why do the cops not make arrests? And why do these young men show blatant disregard for the situation they're in?
