After a two-year negotiation, Spanish point guard Ricky Rubio has agreed to play for the Minnesota Timberwolves next season.

The Star Tribune of Minneapolis reported that Rubio, whose Regal Barcelona team is in the Spanish league playoffs, signed a deal May 31, and a news conference would be held at the conclusion of the Spanish postseason.
The dude didn't do himself any favors by sitting out two years, as you can tell by Wolves All-Star Kevin Love's Tweet...

"Ricky Rubio, huh?"... "I'll believe it when I see it..."
If he pans out to be the player they drafted 5th overall, I agree with Love's other Tweet...

"Just thinking about pick and rolls...goodnight..."Pick....N....Rolls."
