Les Miles met with Michigan officials last night in Baton Rouge. This was the first time that Miles and Michigan had formally talked. At this time, there has been no indication that Miles has been offered the job, or if he would accept if offered.

Shortly after the meeting, Michigan AD Dave Brandon boarded a Dominos Pizza jet and flew back to Ann Arbor, MI. Miles must travel to Dallas this morning for a coaching convention, where he will be a speaker in the afternoon.

Due to the urgency in which a decision must be made, we expect to hear something definitive today. According to reports, Michigan does have a football team meeting scheduled for this afternoon, where it is expected that Brandon will inform the team who the new coach is.
