That kid is a GREAT interview. Super polished. I don't think he used "um" one time, perfect eye contact, didn't fall for any trash-talk baiting, summed up every one of the questions nicely at the end. Somebody call Toastmasters. FYI this not one of those ignorant "wow, a well-spoken black kid" statements. More like "damn, I wish my OWN (lily-white) teenager could interview like that".
