I guess when your previous HC was a lame duck coach and the staff knew most would not be coming back accountability was not priority. I believe even before the firing of O and Les that those two were not big on accountability. I believe Kelly will have that from day 1 at LSU.

O maybe, you can't say that with Les. You can't name a more high profile player than Tyrann Mathieu that was kicked off a team. You can't really name a more important player than Ryan Perriouloux that was kicked off a team. Say what you want about those 2 players but you can't name a coach maybe other than Spurrier that would have the "chest" to kick those players off.
