ESPN released updated SEC Bowl Projections after the new College Football Playoff Rankings were unveiled on Tuesday night and LSU is projected to play the in the Sugar Bowl on January 1st in New Orleans, LA.

College Football Playoff semifinal (Cotton Bowl): Alabama
Sugar Bowl (New Year’s Six): LSU
Peach Bowl (New Year's Six): Florida
Citrus Bowl: Mississippi State
Liberty Bowl: Georgia
TaxSlayer Bowl: Auburn
Outback Bowl: Ole Miss
Music City Bowl: Arkansas
Belk Bowl: Tennessee
Texas Bowl: Texas A&M
Birmingham Bowl: Kentucky

Many are clueless. LSU loses to Bama and drops from 2nd to 9th. This is insane. Most teams wouldn't have scored on Bama that given day. Bama played well and beat us - end of statement. Let us all go on. LSU still has 3 big games ahead. Let's just focus on the future. Remember, Bama lost to Ole Miss.

Agree, LSU does not get the breaks in rankings that Bama or ND gets. Those 2 never would've dropped dropped from 2nd to 9th place in the polls with a loss to a quality team. And Bama is quality. Thankfully we didn't lose to a 2nd tier team.

As usual, ESPN is clueless. Ole Miss will treat our game like it's their bowl game. Miles better have this team ready if he gets past Arkansas this week.
