Update:
LSU running back Derrius Guice has been ruled out for Saturday's game vs. Syracuse. Head coach Ed Orgeron announced the news during his weekly radio show on Wednesday.

LSU running back Derrius Guice missed the third consecutive day of practice Wednesday as he is still dealing with a knee injury he suffered vs. Mississippi State.

Head coach Ed Orgeron said earlier in the day that Guice is "very questionable" for Saturday's game vs. Syracuse.

I think this could linger on through the season. Williams and Brosette need to be ready. As well as Edwards-Helaire. I wish Derrius a full and speedy recovery.

Man, I hate to see this staring up all over again this year. Running backs need statistics in prep for a pro career and missing a good chunk of a year is a big disadvantage.
