Former LSU WR Ja'Marr Chase Named One Of NFL's Top 20 Players

Former LSU star Ja'Marr Chase continues to be recognized as one of the NFL's elite players, landing at No. 16 on the NFL Top 100 Players of 2026. The annual rankings are voted on by NFL players, and Chase is making his fifth appearance on the list. He was ranked No. 4 overall last year.

Chase put together another huge season for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2025, catching 125 passes for 1,412 yards and eight touchdowns despite Joe Burrow missing significant time. The former LSU standout finished third in the NFL in receptions and fourth in receiving yards.

The 2021 first-round pick has now topped 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first five NFL seasons while earning a Pro Bowl selection every year. Through five seasons, Chase has piled up 520 receptions for 6,837 yards and 54 touchdowns, further establishing himself as one of the league's premier wide receivers.
