AthlonSports.com released their SEC Football 2015 Predictions and they have LSU finishing 4th in the SEC West with a 8-4 (4-4) record behind Alabama, Auburn and Ole MIss.

But the biggest wild card team to watch in the West is LSU. The Tigers have recruited as well as any team, yet is just 9-7 in SEC play over the last two years. Both sides of the ball are under the microscope for coach Les Miles this season. The quarterback play must improve, and the defense lost coordinator John Chavis to Texas A&M.

Another 8-4 regular season will turn up the heat on Miles big time. The article nailed it....we recruit as well as anybody, but the talent doesn't necessarily equal wins. That means the problem lies with our coaching staff.

I don't trust Miles with the QB situation. I hope he proves me wrong.

So LSU will have a similar or better defense , waaaay better run game, and possibly better passing game (I mean look at Ole Miss' QBs) than Ole Miss, yet still finish behind them? I don't buy it.

Still see a 10-2 season. Get Auburn early and at home, UF at home, Arky at home, and TAMU at home. Rebuilding MSU early, rebuilding USCe, and our two toughest are Ole Miss and Bama on the road. If we split Ole Miss and Bama, that leaves us one slip up somewhere else.
