After weighing in at 240 pounds at the NFL Combine, former LSU running back Leonard Fournette has dropped 12 pounds and weighed in at 228 at LSU’s Pro Day on Wednesday.

Fournette ran a 4.51 40-yard dash at the combine and will reportedly not run the 40-yard dash at LSU pro day.

Fournette really doesn't need to do anything at pro day, imo. Top 5 pick, all the way! I just hope he doesn't go to the Panthers.

I thought that weight was the biggest nonissue ever talked about so much. It was after the holidays the kid probably ate nothing but rice, beans and relaxed as they all should have been doing. LF is a huge man thick and powerful. Anyone with a downhill rushing attack would be nuts not to get this young man or any team that thinks they could mold a rushing attack behind him. He's a lot more versatile then all the idiot talking heads gave him credit for. This guy is going to be a huge asset for any team who drafts him!!! 1k or more yard back as long as he gets his carries. All that negetive talk about him was absolutely ridiculous. This guy carried LSU for 3 years with defense's chomping at the bit to get the best of him and only one team really can say they did that with an entire defensive game plan strictly for him.

None of this addresses any weight concern that may have been out there.

I can't stand Cam mainly because of his college days but LF7 could do much worse than landing on the Panther's team come draft day. It would most likely be a great place for him.
