Few missed assignments, didn't execute right, had the right call......close your eyes and its the ghost of Miles. The culture of this squad needs to change. Les was around for a long time and it will take at least 2 seasons with a proven/modern HC talent to remold the mindset. Outside of Aranda, ( I hate to say it) you clean house. Purge the ghosts.

Unfortunately, I think Ensminger probably cost Coach O the full time job with his conservative play calling in the red zone. Looked exactly like Miles offense. Should have let Etling and Chark dominate that game instead of repeatedly running up the middle: Which is the strength of Florida's defense. Just like Alabama's defense. Will any coach from LSU ever figure this out?

Coaches get paid to win. If you don't win, you lose your job. If the players wanted him to stay head coach, they should have won. Everyone knew Coach O had to win out to keep the job. Game over for that dream.
