Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will practice Wednesday for the first time since he had surgery last Sunday and will be a game-time decision vs. LSU on November 9, according to head coach Nick Saban.

The update was provided by Saban on Wednesday's SEC Coaches Teleconference.

Tua will not be playing against LSU. If Bama wins, they can bring him back against MS State in 2 weeks. A loss to LSU without Tua hurts Bama less than a potential loss to LSU with Tua. Just facts.

Saban would have been confident enough in years past to just come out and state the fact ... he's starting vs LSU. The fact that he's playing the QB shell game on this one is telling. He know we comin'.

He'll come in the second qtr when they are down 14pts. Then the back up will come back in the 3rd when they are down 28 pts.

tua or no tua, whatever, the dude is not as great as people make him out to be, just look at last year's championship, he's made so good because his receivers are freakishly athletic and dominant

Vegas disagrees. Bama is currently an 8pt favorite and the Vegas insiders have already said it'd be 10-11 points if they KNEW Tua was playing. So 1 player accounts for 3-4 points in CFB, that's pretty significant and a tip of the cap to his ability. But you do you...
