LSU defensive tackle Mekhi Wingo spoke with reporters after practice on Thursday and said he still hasn’t decided if he’s coming back to the team next season or heading to the NFL Draft.
The junior from St. Louis, Mo., started the first seven games this season but had surgery at the end of October due to a lower-body injury. Wingo took six weeks to recover from his surgery and returned to practice last week.
Wingo said his focus right now is getting back to full strength and earning a 10th win this season in the bowl game vs. Wisconsin.
