It was announced on Wednesday that LSU's SEC opener vs. Mississippi State on September 16 will kick off at 6 p.m on ESPN or ESPN2 this upcoming season.
The game will be played at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Ms.
LSU beat Mississippi State 23-20 in last season's matchup in Baton Rouge, La.
