LSU's season opener against McNeese State on Saturday night in Tiger Stadium will be second meeting between the two schools.
The Tigers first and only game against the Cowboys was back in 2010 and LSU won 32-10 in Baton Rouge. LSU finished the 2010 season with an 11-2 record with losses coming at Auburn and at Arkansas. The Tigers ended the season by beating Texas A&M 41-24 in the Cotton Bowl.
