LSU's sophomore offensive lineman Maea Teuhema was one of 38 players on the watch list for Polynesian Player of the Year, which was announced Wednesday:

Teuhema, who is expected to start at left tackle in 2016, is the first LSU player to make the list. He played 708 snaps and had 63 knockdown blocks at left guard last season.

Five finalists for the award will be announced Nov. 17th and the winner will be unveiled on Dec. 7th.

Is the award sponsored by Chick-fil-a? Does the winner get a year's supply of their Polynesian sauce?

I sorry but this is a ridiculous list. What's next, Leonard Fournette on the African American watch list or Les Miles on the all white coaches list. Man this too damn funny. The Polynesian list, really
