On Monday, LSU defensive end Bj Ojulari was named to the Bednarik Award watch list.

The Bednarik Award is given to the top defensive player in college football. Former LSU stars Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu won the awards in back-to-back years in 2010 and 2011.

Ojulari, a junior from Marietta, Ga., played in the 13 games last season with 12 starts. He finished the 2021 campaign with 55 tackles and seven sacks.

He's going to be in a better situation playing a stand up DE/EDGE type of position. He's going to have a field day this year with so many guys that can free him up to the backfield. I got him at 12+ sacks.

And yes, I am factoring in the 10 tackles/2 sacks per game he’s going to have in the CFP…
