LSU running back Leonard Fournette returned to practice in a limited capacity on Thursday after suffering a minor ankle injury last week.

Fournette was not available to the media after practice but many of his teammates were and said that he looked like his normal self. Per ESPN:
quote:

"Leonard looked like Leonard: fast, quick. He looked fine to me," center Ethan Pocic said. "Obviously I'm not Leonard, but his burst -- when he sticks that foot in the ground and gets vertical -- looked the same to me."

A healthy LF7 with fresh legs is a scary thought.

Let him rest first and just hand the ball to Guice and see what he can do. If Guice is handling them with ease, the I would rather see LF7 take more rest on that angle and get ready for the SEC games.

Leonard Fournette makes Chuck Norris sit down and watch his roundhouse kicks on defensive backs.

Only Leonard Fournette would get faster from an injury that typically slows people down. GOAT.

I am very glad to hear this...I really expected him to be nursing this for the first few games of the season.

Ok great now just have him hang out on a stationary bike for the next week. No need for him to be running around getting hit by walk-on jokers trying to make a last minute case to make the trip to Green Bay.

I agreed all the way until you started hating on the walkons lol. I, for one, think walkons should get some props for having their arse kicked worse than usual football players all week only to get half the treatment of them on the weekend.
