LSU running back Leonard Fournette ran for 31 yards and one touchdown on 19 carriers in the Tigers 30-16 loss against Alabama and was withheld from speaking to the media after Saturday night's game.

I'm certainly not down on Leonard. Not much he could have done with what was going on there. I have to disagree with the one game thing. In college football, mostly, you don't get to lose that one game If your goal is a NC then you can't be blase' like it's just one game.

A good ambassador, and I've been a bit down on him for the last couple of days. I'm sure the statements were prepared, but I trust he genuinely believes them and will do his best to keep this team from quitting. That's something that CLM also excels at, thank God. It's why we don't have complete bed-shitting seasons like SC, Texas, Auburn, Florida, etc. under his watch.
