Alabama running back Derrick Henry has jumped Leonard Fournette as the new Heisman Trophy favorite after the completion of week 10.

Henry ran for 210 yards and three touchdown against LSU on Saturday night and now has 1254 total rushing yards and 17 touchdowns through nine games this season. His current odds to win the Heisman Trophy are 3/2, according to Online Sportsbook Bovada.

Fournette only rushed for 31 yards and one touchdown against the Crimson Tide on Saturday night and has 1383 total rushing yards and 16 touchdowns through only eight games this season. His odds to win the Heisman are now 2/1.

theres a hardon for Bama running backs that just frankly are only as good as the system allows. Give another one the Heisman, and nothing changes. Henry is still not a prostyle RB

Look, I agree Fournette is a beast and still can win it, but you have to acknowledge that the Bama game was a HUGE stage, and LF's numbers were just awful. Not really his fault since our O-line got mauled, but the Heisman voters remember big games.
This was a huge blow to his chances, but if he lights it up the rest of the way against some good teams, he can still win it, but it's wrong to think his Bama performance won't hurt.

They've been waiting to hop on Henry's dick since he went for 200 vs TAMU. Despite that bad game against Bama, that wasn't his fault AT ALL, He still has well over a yard per carry average better than Henry with more yards in one less game.

It's going to be really hard to give the Heisman to the second best in total yards in the same conference and played 1 less game.

Fournette jersey sells for 101 grand. Henry Jersey sells for 50 dollars in the gift shop.

There is no football player in the world that can do well without blocking. The team messed up, couldn't hear the plays, missed damn near every block, etc. Fournette will work his magic again.

This week. Next week will be different.

It'll work itself out, if Fournette has another couple of 180+ games and scorese 3-5 more TDs he's got it.

Bull shite. Fournette's 2 year career stats are almost better that Henry's 3 year stats. Fournette wins on every level. We have 1 bad game and all of a sudden he's no longer the favorite. It's bull shite.

Thanks Oline and coach. If the voters know football, they'll look past that game. Fournette had a guy in his grill every time he touched the ball as soon as he touched the ball. If there's a guy in the backfield a second after every snap, sometimes with friends, the RB is going to have a rough night.

Fournette knew it. You could see it on the sidelines. He kept fighting though.

Still has more rushing yards than Henry despite having a bad game, and playing in one less game....
