LSU's Jayden Daniels was named the Davey O'Brien National Co-Quarterback of the Week on Tuesday. He shared the honor with Oregon quarterback Bo Nix.

Daniels accounted for five touchdowns (3 rushing, 2 passing) vs. Ole Miss last week, completing 21-of-28 passes for 248 yards and added 121 rushing yards.

Well deserved Jayden. I guess we did not need Brennen after all. I liked the kid but he was correct to retire and Coach Kelly was correct to make you ,Jayden the starter.
