LSU safety Jamal Adams spoke with the media at the NFL Combine on Sunday and was asked if he thinks he is a top five draft pick.

Without hesitation, Adam's said "most definitely" and even suggested that he should be the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.
quote:

"Most definitely," Adams said. "I feel like I'm the best guy in the draft. I definitely feel like I should be the No. 1 pick. So, top five... that's definitely in the range, yes sir.
Adams is expected to be drafted with one of the first five picks in the 2017 NFL Draft.

He should stay as far away from Cleveland as possible. He'd do well in Tampa or Charlotte.

Saints and Sean Payton HATE LSU. FORGET ABOUT IT. They won't draft hometown guy LF7 because they love Bama so much. SCREW THE SAINTS!!!!!

He said he feels he should be a #1 pick. Not THE #1 pick.

I don't believe a defensive back has ever been the #1 draft pick.

You're right. The great Charles Woodson was number 4 which is in the range Adams will be picked.

Gary Glick was the only defensive back to be picked first overall. LINK LINK

Though he should, I definitely wouldn't want him to go to that dead end job in Cleveland. That hasn't fared well for anyone they've picked. Second or beyond will work fine for him.

Jamal is one of the most intelligent players we've ever had on defense. He's going to dominate the NFL.

Jamal is brilliant, who was the last safety to go #1 or lead his team to a super bowl?
