LSU Football reporter Emily Dixon recently caught up with running back Nick Brossette for the latest episode of Inside the Huddle.

Brossette, a senior from Baton Rouge, is finally the leader in the running back room after waiting for his turn and showed out in the season opener vs. Miami.

In the interview, Brossette talks about the excitement he and his family had from scoring his first touchdown as a Tiger, the reaction from former LSU players, and much more.


Brossette finished Sunday's game with 22 carries for 125 yards and two touchdowns. Here are his highlights from the season opener:
