The 2019 recruiting class arrived in Baton Rouge last weekend to begin their college careers at LSU, but two players were missing according to Ed Orgeron.
A total of 19 signee moved in on campus but linebacker Donte Starks and strong-side defensive end Soni Fonua did not arrive due to academic work that still needs to be completed. Per The Advocate:

Orgeron said two freshmen did not arrive with the rest of the class: John Ehret inside linebacker Donte Starks and junior college transfer Soni Fonua.
Orgeron said Starks (nation's No. 10-rated inside linebacker) and Fonua (No. 4 JUCO strong-side defensive end) both still have academic work to complete before they can arrive on campus.
