ESPN released their preseason SEC running backs rankings this week and pegged the LSU backfield of Leonard Fournette, Derrius Guice, Darrel Williams, and Nick Brossette at No. 1

1. LSU: OK, this was easy. LSU has the country's best player in Leonard Fournette, who rushed for 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns last season. Behind him, Derrius Guice, who rushed for 436 yards and three touchdowns last season, could start for a lot of SEC teams, and there is pretty good depth with junior Darrel Williams and sophomore Nick Brossette.
Complete Rankings:
1. LSU
2A. Georgia
2B. Tennessee
4. Alabama
5. Kentucky
6. Florida
7. Arkansas
8. Vanderbilt
9. Auburn
