LSU head coach Ed Orgeron met with the media after day 1 of Spring Practice on Thursday and said that several players will be out this spring for a various reason.

Orgeron said that cornerback Kristian Fulton, defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence, and linebacker Jacob Phillips will not practice this Spring.

Tight ends Thaddeus Moss and Jamal Pettigrew are both "50/50," according to Orgeron. Pettigrew was in a gold non-contact on Thursday.

Breiden Fehoko was in a gold non-contact jersey during Thursday's practice but Orgeron thinks he will be able to practice this spring.

Pass rusher K’Lavon Chaisson returned to practice for the first time after suffering an ACL injury in week 1 but will be held out of contact all spring, according to Orgeron.

Quarterback Joe Burrow had a procedure on his non-throwing arm this offseason but was a full-go on Thursday.

Well the good thing is none of the important players are freshmen or inexperienced they will be ok missing spring practice the most important thing is they're healthy when the season starts and they got some practice time in.

He will be on the bench again sitting on his Thaddeus Maximus. Lol, I don't see him playing over Pettigrew, TK, or Mcmath.
