March 7, 20198 Comments
LSU head coach Ed Orgeron met with the media after day 1 of Spring Practice on Thursday and said that several players will be out this spring for a various reason.
Orgeron said that cornerback Kristian Fulton, defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence, and linebacker Jacob Phillips will not practice this Spring.
Tight ends Thaddeus Moss and Jamal Pettigrew are both "50/50," according to Orgeron. Pettigrew was in a gold non-contact on Thursday.
Breiden Fehoko was in a gold non-contact jersey during Thursday's practice but Orgeron thinks he will be able to practice this spring.
Pass rusher K’Lavon Chaisson returned to practice for the first time after suffering an ACL injury in week 1 but will be held out of contact all spring, according to Orgeron.
Quarterback Joe Burrow had a procedure on his non-throwing arm this offseason but was a full-go on Thursday.
