Talented five-star freshman safety Sage Ryan is expected to make his debut on Saturday vs. Kentucky, Orgeron said at his Thursday press conference.

Ryan, a former five-star prospect from Lafayette Christian Academy in Lafayette, LA has been dealing with a lingering injury through fall camp and the beginning of this season.

Part of LSU's problem in 2020 and this year is that they had their good Safeties go to the NFL and there wasn't any good safeties left. We have had poor safety play the last two years.
