One poll from the playoff committee and somehow that AP loses their blind faith in tOSU being #1.

That's a bit far for losing to Bama on the road, or isn't it?

Lsu can beat any team in the top 10 other than Bama because we are b I gger, stronger, and faster. Bama matches up physically, and has a tactical advantage due to our predictability. The result is an arse whooping every time.

It's the way we lost. Had it actually been a competitive game that went to the 4th we probably would have only dropped 2 or 3 spots.

We lost by 2 TD's and even that doesn't begin to describe how much we were dominated.

I think that is about right as for ranking. Predictability comment is spot on. When you are bigger and better, you can get away with being predictable. Against Bama, front seven future Sunday players (all of them) game over. Top that with your QB having an off night, no options with the passing game.

GAME OVER.......Sad but true.

It's not the fact that Alabama is better than LSU. It's a fact that LSU just get outcoached against Alabama. Arkansas and Tennessee came close to beating Alabama. And Ole Miss beat them. It's clear that LSU is much better team then those 3 teams. But yet they played a much better game then LSU did. Game Planning! Coaching!

Our defensive depth was exposed, and our injured blockers Moore and Gordon are sorely missed. This season isn't over yet.

Lucky to still be top 10. Actions (and inactions) have consequences boys.

Don't read much into the rankings. You have to remember that only Bama can have bad losses at home and not pay a penalty. In 2011 & 2012 they had home losses in November and still played for an NC. This year is a perfect example, lose at home to a 3 loss team and still be in playoffs if they were held today.
