During the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday, LSU's Brian Kelly said that wide receiver Aaron Anderson is dealing with a knee injury, which kept him out of the South Carolina game last week.

"The knee that he's had most of his problems with gets inflamed," Kelly said.

"He's not 100%, and he's a guy that needs to play fast and free, and he just wasn't in that mindset this past weekend."
Kelly added that Anderson has practiced this week and felt pretty good.

"He went the entire day and felt pretty good; his player load was good. We monitor those things for our wide receivers. He is in practice this week, so we expect him to do a nice job for us."
Anderson developed into Garrett Nussmeier's go-to receiver in the first stretch of the season, but had to leave the Ole Miss game on Sept. 27 with injuries. He has caught 23 passes for 305 yards on the season.

LSU's initial injury report for the Vanderbilt game will be released Wednesday night.

Parker is playing as good or better than Anderson was, and we are loaded at WR. Sit him until he's 100%
