LSU coach Brian Kelly spoke with reporters after practice on Thursday and said that wide receiver CJ Daniels has been upgraded to "probable" for the Alabama game on Saturday.

Daniels was listed as "questionable" on LSU's injury report on Wednesday, but Kelly said that he practiced on Thursday and is probable, which is a good sign.

Daniels was a game-time decision heading into Texas A&M two weeks ago and played vs. the Aggies but could not finish the game and sat out in the second quarter.

Kelly also said that Chris Hilton will play vs. Alabama and that his snap count could go up, but they want to be cautious with him after he missed the first seven games this season.

Does it hurt us if he takes all the reps for the game plan and then sits out for 3 quarters? He’s really good and we need him but if he can’t play more than 1Q I wonder if it’s best for everyone is he just sits.
