Brian Kelly spoke with reporters after practice on Thursday and provided an update on cornerback Zy Alexander and wide receiver Chris Hilton ahead of Saturday's South Alabama game.

Kelly said that Alexander is "questionable" as he is still going through concussion protocol but is making progress. Alexander left the UCLA game with a concision and did not return.

Hilton, who has yet to play this season due to a bone bruise suffered in fall camp, is "probable," but Kelly said they will make a game-time decision on him on Saturday.

I’ll believe Hilton will play when I actually see him on the field.

Just say Hilton is not playing Brian. We all really know the answer to this. It’ll be a miracle if Hilton even sees the field against Ole Miss after the bye week.

He's clearly serving a six game suspension, BK just hides it with terms like "bone bruise" or "turf toe" instead of airing dirty laundry
