LSU is expected to be down three starters on the offensive line when they take the field against Baylor in the Texas Bowl on Dec. 31.

Starting offensive tackles Will Campbell and Emery Jones both declared for the NFL Draft and will not play in the bowl game.

Starting offensive guard Garrett Dellinger has not played since suffering a high ankle sprain on Oct. 26 vs. Texas A&M that required Tightrope surgery. It will not be surprising if the senior skips the bowl game to prepare for the NFL Draft.

On Friday, head coach Brian Kelly was asked about the offensive line and named several players that will need to step up.

Kelly said that starting guard Miles Frazier will play and could bump out to tackle. He also mentioned freshman Weston Davis as an option at left or right tackle.

Other players that Kelly mentioned included DJ Chester, Tyree Adams, Paul Mubenga, Coen Echols, and Bo Bordelon.

"We feel really good about the guys that we are going to put out there, Kelly said. "We're going to be able to compete with anybody."

I’m looking forward the most to see these new guys. Maybe we have a dog that’s loves run blocking.

LSU will be the victim of at least 4-5 sacks in this bowl game.

Hopefully Baylor has some DL & LBs that are either going pro or hit the portal before the bowl game.
