Quarterback Justin McMillan, a three-star commit from Texas, confirmed that he, like Toliver, has been cleared by LSU to enroll early. McMillian, a dual-threat prospect from Cedar Hill, Texas, committed to LSU in June.

Texas tight end Hanner Shipley also plans to enroll early, McMillan said.
