Xavier Kelly, a four-star defensive end from Wichita, KS (East HS), announced on Twitter that he has received an offer from LSU.
Kelly is the No. 13 weak-side defensive end in the country and the No. 1 player from the state of Kansas. He holds offers from eight different SEC schools.
