The LSU coaching staff extended an offer to former Nebraska cornerback signee Elijah Blades on Tuesday evening.

Blades, a 6-2, 170-pounder from Pasadena, CA, was one of the top cornerbacks in the county during the 2017 recruiting cycle and was verbally committed to Florida early in his recruitment.

He ended up signing with Nebraska over the Gators but ultimately went the JUCO route and currently attends Arizona Western Community College.
