During a Nike regional football camp this past weekend, four-star cornerback Trayvon Mullen from Pompano Beach, FL named LSU his leader. Per ESPN:

Mullen arrived to the camp decked out in an LSU back pack, jacket and gloves. So is it safe to assume that the No. 1-ranked cornerback in the country has the Tigers on top?

“Right now, yes LSU is my leader,” Mullen said. “I just like the people, coaches and just the atmosphere there. Coach [Corey] Raymond is a great dude. I talk to him everyday actually. He’s just a great guy. We just talk about everything; we barely talk about football. Mostly we just talk about life and things like that.”

Mullen, a 6-2, 170-pound prospect from Pompano Beach, FL (Coconut Creek) is rated as the No. 4 cornerback in the country according to Rivals.

LSU's latest five-star cornerback commit Saivion Smith, made it clear last week that he wants Mullen to join him at LSU.

Kids can call coaches all they want. Coaches are limited by contact during certain periods.
