Five-star prospect Jacoby Stevens, the No. 1 athlete prospect for 2017, will announce his college decision on his birthday which is July 19th.

The 6-2, 193-pound prospect from Murfreesboro, TN (Oakland HS) was originally committed to LSU but reopened his recruitment back in November. He recently listed the Tigers at No. 2 behind Georgia in his top schools, which he released back in April.

He's a LSU lock. He only decommitted so he could go on some free visits. Now that he has visited the spots he wanted, he'll recommitted to LSU, the school he always intended to go to. Guys do this every year. I'd be shocked if he committed to any school other than LSU.

Whether he chooses LSU, Georgia, or Tennessee, I just think his decision won't be final. He's only doing this on his birthday to make it special. I think he might change his mind the closer Signing Day becomes. That's just my opinion though, a terrible one at that.
