Donte Starks, a four-star linebacker from John Ehret High School in Marrero, LA announced his top schools Tuesday morning and included LSU in his list.

His top schools are Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Tennessee, Clemson, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Orgeron.


The 6-1, 215-pound prospect is rated the No. 6 inside linebacker in the country and the No. 6 overall player from the state of Louisianna for the class of 2019, according to 247 Sports.

Starks will be announcing his commitment on July 8, which is his birthday. LSU and Auburn are believed to be his favorite schools at the moment.

Somebody please tell the TD reporter that our state does is not spelled Louisianna. And does his top 10 list include Oregon or Orgeron??
