Talented Wright State graduate transfer Mark Alstork trimmed down his list of possible landing spots to four schools on Thursday and LSU is one them.

His top schools are Illinois LSU, Pitt, South Carolina. No longer in the mix are Georgetown and Louisville.

Alstork, who visited LSU this week, averaged 19.0 points a game last season for the Raiders. He is a 6-5 guard from Dayton, OH.

It would be nice to have a perimeter shooter. Hell, we haven't had a consistent 3 point shooter since Chris Jackson!

looks like we are doing a fairly good job with transfers and JC players this year...both basketball and football.

Fairly? I have never seen anything like what Wade is doing. We are going to be a legit contender for NCAA. I wouldn't of given us a shot in hell without Blankley.

I haven't been excited about LSU basketball in over a decade. So glad we got Will Wade!

so how good is will wade? i know dayton has a very good basketball team and he from dayton ohio and not even considering that school. im guessing will wade a pretty good recruiter. im sure lsu will get at least 2 or 3 times more wins during 2018 season than this past season in 2017 with johnny jones. at least i hope so, just looking for improvement :)
