LSU head coach Will Wade spoke with the media on SEC Spring Meetings on Wednesday in Destin, Florida and was asked about the Tigers signing five-star power forward Trendon Watford last week.

Watford, a native of Birmingham, Alabama signed with the Tigers over Indiana, Alabama, and Memphis.

The 6-9, 227-pound prospect from Mountain Brook High School is rated the No. 5 power forward for 2019 and the No. 27 overall player in the country, according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings.
