2. Nigel Williams-Goss, Washington -- He averaged 15.6 points and 5.9 assists as a sophomore with the Huskies this past season and is a pure point guard who makes people better. Williams-Goss will sit out and have two seasons left.
Considering: UNLV, Texas, Providence, Michigan State, Georgetown, Gonzaga, St. John’s, LSU
3. Marcus Foster, Kansas State -- The undersized 2-guard came out of nowhere and had a terrific freshman season (15.5 PPG) for Bruce Weber, but this past year was a roller coaster -- with more downs than ups. Foster was benched and suspended, but he can still help a team with his ability to score. He averaged 12.5 points this past season.
Considering: Creighton, Gonzaga, Cincinnati, LSU
