LSU outfielder Jacob Berry is out of the starting lineup vs. Alabama after breaking the tip of his finger in batting practice on Friday, according to The Advocate.

LSU third baseman Jacob Berry broke the tip of his finger during batting practice on Friday, per source.

Berry participated in batting practice on Saturday, but he was unable to swing left-handed.

Berry is LSU's top hitter, batting .378 so far this year with a team-high of 15 home runs.
