Per BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU (16-1) earned its second shutout of the year by using an 11-man pitching staff. The Tigers defeated the McNeese State Cowboys (11-6) by a score of 7-0, extending their win streak to 13 games.

The win streak is the longest since the Tigers won 15 straight from late March to mid-April in 2013.
