I know I know ... we really didn't try and it's only a midweek game. And their starters are better than our second team of top recruits. Ever think Little nervous Pauly doesn't play some starters and pitches the whole staff so he will have an excuse for when they get outplayed and outcoached by a weaker program?? yep

Obviously, this team doesn't care about mid week games, as they have been beaten by inferior teams all year long. Bottom line: They're only 1 game back for the SEC lead and play Auburn and Mississippi St. I don't think this team has enough to win the conference title. But you never know. And there's also the conference tournament that LSU usually dominates. I hope they win the games that count! If so, anything is possible!

It's a GD mid week game. We pitched everyone who has barely pitched all year long and we played some guys who haven't played much all year. Relax. South Alabama is a good baseball team as well, they beat auburn 14-3 and Miss state 5-2 this year. We rested most of our starters and let the pitchers treat it like their "bullpen" day.

Mighty South Alabama out "Walked" and out "Coached" LSU. With top tier recruiting year after year, it has been a long time since 09'.
