According to coach Frank Beamer’s website, Virginia Tech might be wearing these Flintstones-esque helmets that they call the “Hokie Stone” helmet...

The stone connection to the school is that Blacksburg’s campus is known for its “Hokie Stone” buildings with material that comes from a nearby quarry. No matter what, these are terrible right?
