Louisville Getting Retro Black Helmets?

I haven't liked many new uniforms either though most of the gloves have been cool. But this doesn't look bad at all.

Doesn't look retro at all. Leather helmets with no face mask. Now that is retro.

We had that old cardinal decal in high school. (Kentucky High School) but then we switched to the current Louisville cardinal decal and I liked them a lot more. Not a fan of the old cardinal decal even though I can draw it very well.

people will not "go nuts", they will just say, look at the black helmuts
